Auditions for the Morris Educational Foundation’s eighth annual “Morristown’s Got Talent!’ show will be held on December 13, 2104 at Morristown High School. Auditions are open to anyone who lives, works or goes to school in the towns of Morristown, Morris Township and Morris Plains. Alumni of Morristown High School are also invited to audition. We encourage faculty to audition, too. All ages and talents are welcome. Anyone interested in auditioning must register at the event’s web site. The deadline for registering for auditions is December 3, 2014. There is a $20 audition fee.
There is a new prize format for this year’s show – $1,000 cash prize for 1st place age 18 and under; $1,000 cash prize for 1st place age 19 and over and a $500.00 cash prize for the “Audience Choice” winner. The talent show, which will showcase the best amateur talent from Morristown, Morris Plains and Morris Township, will be held on February 25th, 2015 at the Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, New Jersey.
